China's employee benefits system is still underdeveloped, with a majority of employees hoping to see improvements in their packages, a research report said on Wednesday.

周三發布的一份研究報告指出，中國員工福利保障體系仍未全面發展，大部分員工都希望福利保障有所提升。

Employee benefits system就是“員工福利保障體系”，指企業為員工提供的各類benefits package（福利項目），包括五險一金：養老保險（endowment insurance）、醫療保險（medical insurance）、失業保險（unemployment insurance）、工傷保險（employment injury insurance）和生育保險（maternity insurance），及住房公積金（Housing Provident Fund）；補充商業保險（supplementary commercial insurance），帶薪年假（paid annual leave）等。

該報告顯示，金融業（financial industry）員工福利最好，外資企業（foreign-funded companies）員工福利保障體系最佳。
